    a fun and new learning exposure environment to work in
    The good thingsget to know and understand more about vehicles industries. learning how to work with bankers and handling important documents. always trained to be more detailed in work.

    The challengesNegative management as they do not encourage their staff and chose to continuously put down their staff. Lots of transferring between different outlets and many staffs who are uncooperative. Management is not well organized and does not appreciate their staff, leading to negative and disgruntled working culture.

    The good thingsGain knowledge about jewellery and experience work in different roles like helper in event and exihibition. Familiar to use email skype phone call and communication apps with supplier and colleagues. I am happy to work in a team and finish the task on time.
