    The good thingsPlentiful opportunities to learn and grow. All colleagues are expecting the same "boat" as you are.
    The challengesExtremely demanding. While learning on the job, you are expected to perform as well. By the end of probation, you must be on par as someone who is likely worked for 1 year and beyond.

    The challengesManagement group will like to give chance to performance and train you well before , now they give a lot of chance to new hiring management trainee rather than give the old bird staff who was helping them give them fully support

    The good thingsColleagues are very helpful and sales driven people. Meet different types of people and different walks of life.. Regular customers gave a small treat if they are happy with our service. Working attire is very comfortable. Get to enjoy the staff benefit.
    The challengesWe have to meet our sales target. To know our product knowledge at our finger tips as we have mistery shopper coming by to outlets for a test. Have to challenge amoung colleagues for sales as there's personal commision.
