Learned alot. But not conducive for long-term.The good thingsAs far as I recalled, they have 2 days family care leave that you may take undocumented. They have 1 day birthday leave. And the usual 14 Days AL.
Depending on the center you get, the work culture here can be okay. They have their increments, mid year september payout and also end of year bonus. the bonus is quite good, one of the highest I had in this industry.
The challengesHQ visit everytime. like every single week, and also center visits from VIP guests overseas by upper management which can make it quite disruptive and honestly taxing because we would have to further beautify the center. There is so much paperwork, technology tools documentation, outdoor documentation. They have portfolios every single term (so you do your portfolio write up 4 times in a year. they also have checklist, write up, summary reports. so it is especially taxing if you have a larger class size.)
