An innovative and fast-paced company, and colleagues are great.

The good thingsProper training and guidance was always given. The management always strive to improve the working environment. If there is any higher position available, the management believes in promoting internal staff first who showed good work attitude and potential.

The challengesThe company is expanding very fast, thus I have to work hard and learn as much as I can about the products in order to excel in my job. The management also sent me to visit overseas exhibitions to pick up new knowledge.

Conducive working environment and an attentive management.

The good thingsGood company to work in for a positive career growth. Management has a good listening ear and helps staffs to achieve its goal and target.

The challengesOvercoming obstacles in the specific field of work is a challenge but one is able to pull through because of the good management help that is made available.
