    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because you can meet different kinds of people regardless of there culture.the company provides a good training and treated there employees fairly.thumbs up for SMDC!
    The challengessometimes my co workers misunderstood my being organized and think i should relax more.because our time is flexible.sometimes i encounter client meeting during lunch or dinner time.i focus too much on my work and forget to eat :)

    The good thingsI enjoy working at SMDC because of the people who I work with. They really know how to treat us and how we work with them. They are always making us happy while we are working and support anyone of us in every single situation. SMDC are really the Good Guys.
    The challengesThe main challenge that I been experience while working in the company is assisting client who are irritated because sometime we didn't meet their expectations. But as long as you know how to handle the situation and know how to give a good customers service there will be no problem at all.
