Good work & training experience from SM StoreThe good thingsI learned a lot of things in terms of retail operations, inventory, sales and even marketing.
They provided trainings and seminars that helped me excel in my job. Customer Service is the most important part of the job and the company taught us how to converse well with customers and to ultimately build strong customer relations and loyalty.
The challengesSince there are so many employees it is sometimes hard to deal with everyone. Some have been there for more than 10 years and they feel that although we are on the same level of position, their tenure entitles them to more benefits or privileges. Promotion is still relatively based on number of years instead of skill or talent. Some have to wait at least 5 years to even have a chance at promotion
