    The good thingsNot much of anything than stability of the company is good even during pandemic.
    The challengesToxic managing culture, bad communication skill with employee, no room for better productivity working method. Not applicable for other departments, not sure about on the details but seem quite toxic as well.

    The challengesTerrible Singaporean management style, no work/life balance, was informed of negative consequences imposed if travel plans continued during period of COVID-19. Lack of collaboration between all departments.

    The good thingsLots of opportunities to sell products to many industries. Common products in pneumatic parts. Good training program plus many chance to learn from senior sales person in company.
    The challengesCannot actively scout for sales opportunity unless customer is within given territories.
