    Fast-paced. Great colleagues
The good thingsColleagues are same-age and fun, work-hard culture but freedom and flexibility. Management always open to suggestions. Communication is both ways, not one-way like my previous companies. Bosses are fair and respectful. Good to develop work ethics here. Company has good integrity and leading the tuition industry. A lot of new things coming up. Good vibes all around. Proud to be part of the company and a place to stay long-term with growth prospects.
The challengesFast-paced environment and need to be quite tech-savvy at using computers. I had to take up additional keyboard typing classes to keep up.

    Fantastic bosses, good learning experience
The good thingsWorked here on a 12-month contract as a digital marketing intern. Worked directly with the boss. Fast-paced and extremely hands-on, I learnt A LOT! Compared to other internship jobs where you don't do much, the management here trust you with real and important projects and give you opportunity to take charge and apply your own creativity while also guiding you along the way almost on a daily basis.
The challengesHave to be independant and able to take constructive criticism as the bosses are direct and want you to improve/learn.

    Fantastic Learning Experience
The good thingsThey gave me an opportunity although I only had retail experience. I never thought I'd be able to find stable office job but I did. They trained me from scratch - customer service... sales... administration.. All in all a fantastic career opportunity where I learnt a lot and made a decent stable income. Great company with fair bosses and hands-on management. Ideal for those with desire to learn and willing to work hard to climb the ladder. They allow common staff to get promoted to supervisor level when they showed their potential. Not looking purely at education qualifications
The challengesIf you hate to feel challenged and just want an easy job, it's not for you

The challengesNot much - boss said plans to move to bigger and nicer office next year
