    The good thingsI have working in smitech 4 years i have sume family problem leaving. Now i am looking for the job supervise and driving licences have cord trade all so have for supervisor if any vacancy i will whuld like joint

    Great atmosphere
    The good thingsThere are alot of flexibility in the work or tasks given. Managers are quite reasonable and understanding and some are even hands on in assisting engineers in handling complicated or sticky situations with the clients.
    The challengesThe company/project team might seem unstructured that at times engineers are even tasked to do assignments not related to the individual project job scope. However, these allows you the opportunity to get involved in more areas not related to simply site coordination or supervision.
