One of the things I like about the team is that they are very helpful and no grudges, or office politics. The company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by providing a well stocked pantry, cosy environment, without major restrictions on what we want to bring and use in the office. The strength of the company's leadership is seen in understanding our strengths and weaknesses and delegating jobs based on that.
The challengesExtremely fast paced, sometimes difficult to catch up and know what is going on. Can decide on something today and by tomorrow, change already without you even knowing. Communication on workflow is quite lousy - when something already done, nobody knows. When something done or not, need to keep asking and chasing. and also because everybody knows what everybody is doing and supposed to do the communication no system.
This is the only thing i found very difficult to overcome and make u feel so tired, but is not a big issue also, to be honest.
