    Company treats foreigners very well!
    The good thingsAs a foreigner from Asia, the extra money I earn from doing projects is very good. One day I can go back to my country rich. I rich man in my country.
    The challengesSometimes, support from boss to take money from doing projects not there. He wants new people to learn too. New management treating service department like sales department. Only want to see service engineers competing with one another for extra money from doing projects. No collaboration.

    The good thingsSuperiors willing to spend time to help field engineers solve problems encountered on the field.
    The challengesPay structure not on par with peers working for other UPS companies. Same amount of time spent, but will get less compensations. Expatriates from all departments using too much money, which could have been saved and distributed as bonuses to field engineers.
