    Good place to work
    The good thingsHQ management drop by visiting the unit team members in different unit. HR department too. I think is very good to build up connection as team members are scattered all over Singapore based in different company as caterer.
    The challengesI dont find very extreme challenge in Sodexo , but there is usual challenge found in company for example, short of manpower, last minutes changes etc which cant avoid due to man errors.

    The good thingsMeeting new clients with various baack grounds. I enjoyed the smile from the client when they have good hot and satisfying food and listening to their stories. A home away from home environment to make their day a better day. A clean bed, clean clothes and special activities to keep the client satisfied.

    The good thingsOperation staffs are generally very helpful. There are many sites with different roles and job scope, and this provide opportunity to learn different things.
    The challengesManagement not interested to accept feedback from operation staff. Company doesn't retain competent staff. When thing goes wrong, the operation staff are often the one to be blamed.
