    It was a nice experince with this hotel
    The good thingsHotel Atmosphere was nice and all staff were friendly. They respect each other. Hr mam was nice cooperative.
    The challengesI met with foreigners it was a great experience for me. I dont think so but in peak period when order is on high accuracy then we have to face bit difficulty to completing order.

    "BONJOUR"
    The good thingsHotel is new, less than 3 years since started operation. In room condition still good.
    The challengesThe preopening team for Engineering. Standard procedure of inspection was not done thoroughly and "tada" some room missing under basin light. If a simple inspection of light can be overlooked, imagine those with difficulty to access. Huat ahh! Lastly, the access panel opening for room is so huge. Goodluck.

    The good thingsMrt just exactly under the hotel. Great teamwork.
    The challengeseasily under- appreciated no matter how hard we worked,infact It's lacking of communication also equalizes to the very poor distribution and staggering of our daily job scope. Team Leader has always been roared up on everyone without giving any motivation and morale support. Company needs ample of time to actually LEARN how to empower and develop great workers and not bring them down.

    The good thingsThere is plenty of new things to learn very professional and supportive management and staff, always providing new training to the staff which is very helpful for them to achieve there personal and professional goals in their carrier. Situated at a very beautiful place digital the palm becoming more and more attractive place for the tourists which makes us proud to be a part of a great team.
    The challengesSince it was my first step in hospitality industry in Dubai it was not an easy for me to adapt new working environment as it is a massive property with lot many rooms, villas and restaurants. As a CCTV operator you have to monitor each and everything very carefully and noticed suspected activities and report it to managment.
