Easy for me for me to find my way around the workplace. My contribution had been well recognised and appreciated by the site management. The good thingsConstruction team is newly developed, not so commanding thus creating more space and ample time for safety team to catch up and cover up safety gaps identified during the course of work.
The challengesHead of Safety is a young and ambitious leader. Lack the tenacity in leading and getting the best out of me as a Safety Personnel with over a decade of experience. I am over the stage of having to prove my own ability as a WSH Officer. My lack of anxiousness to join the crowd does not help me create a close and meaningful bond with the HOS. I am a loner, capable and confident of my ability. Never interested to be one of them in return of peer support and many other favorable perks that comes along with maintaining good relationships with fellow superiors.
