    It's a great experience for me to enhance my skills inside the kitchen and ujusting to different types of workmates.
    The good thingsI enjoyed learning new things not just in my works but also in myself in every assigned task to me. I get to know the things that I didn't know I can do. It's really a great experience that gave me a glimpse of the work I'm dreaming and choosed to pursue.
    The challengesIt'a a really big company that we accommodate hundreds or even thousands of guests everyday. Especially when there's a show or an event in the hotel and on the peak seasons also. Also how to deal with adjust on new environment and new workmates with different personalities.

    Meaningful experience
    The good thingsThey were able to provide me a meaningful experiences, colleagues, skills and personal learning. The director was able to teach and train me with more knowledge that I can use with my future employer. Also, they have never ending training that really helped the employees to grow!
    The challengesBecause this is a services company. They focus more on giving rewards and appreciation to the operations department and sometimes neglects other departments that are not directly associated with the clients
