    Totally terrible politics company
    The good thingsNothing is good in this company
    The challengesThere's a lot of politics flying around. HOD/Team Lead Interview talk very nice. When you went in, totally change topic. Said you manage the job arrangement time. But with you join in, OT everyday till something midnight. Even weekends your Team lead or HOD will ask you to work. if you are outside with family time, they will force you to go back home to work.

    Company has cut down a lot of staff.
    The good thingsAllowed to claim taxi fare after 8 pm & working during weekend.
    The challengesLack of team work, department heads are not helpful. Might get retranchement anytime.
