    Mixed feelings; Not for Career Climbers.
    The good thingsStable, consistent job which rewards passive employees who only requires a paycheck and does not strive for opportunities.
    The challengesIf u plan to only fulfil your kpi and do not intend to climb to management level, Sony's the place for you. If you constantly try to challenge yourself and strive for greater things, it ultimately boils down to how lucky you are with Managers (they rotate stores regularly) and how close you are to your superiors. Merit doesnt configure into assessment for promotion; if you feel you deserve a promotion for doing more than your allocated tasks regularly, the prevalent opinion is your choice of taking on extra tasks is not on the shoulders of management to promote you.

    The good thingsGreat guidance by my direct superior in resolved complaints and problems from internally and externally parties. Great handling by HOD to resolve issues between departments. Good colleagues in the office make workday lively. Good office environment and office situated at strategy place. The company has been constantly organizing in-house creative competitions and is great to trigger the creativity of the employees and rewarding.
    The challengesHope the company can imply bit more outdoor activity in order to bond closer relationship in between department itself and with other departments. Maybe there is but most employees are not been inform about the activities.

    The good thingsGood colleagues. Company empowers its staff and many fringe benefits for employees. This role allows you to learn many M&E related work which will reinforce and add to the experience of anyone working there. Work pressure can be high at times but still manageable.
    The challengesBetter management skill from the supervisor. Too much emphasis on daily output result which may compromise on medium and long term outcome. Need a 5 year or longer strategic plan which plant folks can see an be more involved. Though this may not be possible being in the electronic industry which is very dynamic and challenging.
