Recommend to enter any department but not call center or backroom.
The good things1) Benefits and bonuses are the best so far in all my jobs. 2) Best place for students as there isn't any backlog to clear. 3) There will be chances for job rotation or career switch (if you willing to wait more than 5years maybe even 10years). 4) Work-life balance are highly obtainable. 5) Colleagues are friendly. 6) Will obtain chance to work from home.
The challengesTraining structure too chaotic eg. new comer maybe pull out at a sudden to do other stuff. IT need to upgrade their skills as a lot of time do not know reasons of error unable to fulfill simple request where other coy can. Lack of training and development. For 3years might send employee for just 2 training which include induction. Required to pay for company Dinner & dance.

    Great Experience!
The good thingsI was with SP Services Ltd for 3 years and the benefits there were awesome. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to continue working there. It was a decision I truly regretted. It has been a great environment to work in the service centre. All staffs were very cohesive. The centre manager was very approachable and his willingness to help the staffs was truly commendable.
The challengesAs this line is in the customer service industry and I was a team leader, one of the greatest challenge that I faced is definitely difficult customers, in addition, I have to protect the staffs, at the same time. not to offend customers. Another challenge would be doing appraisal time whereby reality is cruel and that I have to bring down the grades of staffs who do not perform and interview them.
