    Bad Management and HR (getting worse over time)
    The good thingsgood colleagues, cannot think of anything else
    The challenges- salary range can be high or low depending on your luck - very long working hours - no empathy given by management - project keep coming without considering the workforce output - no open communication and a toxic environment - bad corporate benefit

    The good thingsChallenging but fulfilling work environment. Allow me to perform independently and also as a team. I am able to utilize my skills and at the same time acquire new ones.
    The challengesbetter in touch with the team on the ground . quicker adaptations to market/ customer needs. setting higher targets and goals.
