    If you like Military style, always say yes, then it's for you.
    The good thingsFree meals, free parking.
    The challengesRegimental leadership. Like military style. Can't give ideas or feedbacks to management. Usually just follow. If wrong, management won't admit their mistake. You can only bear with it.

    Whole new experience to be able to work in the nursing home and be closer to the elderly
    The good thingsThe only reason was that I was able to be closer to the elderly people as I have lost my parents when I was young
    The challengesEvery day it's a challenge for me to learn new things and to be able to make sure all the staff and the elderly are happy

    The process of almost everything is very slow, it takes many months to get something important to be delivered.
    The good thingsThe food
    The challengesThe management is very massive, simple process take many steps to complete, HR policy not transparent, those policy written in company website was not being followed and the answer from HR was \"we are going to remove them\". Staffs have to spent a lot of personal time to prepare dancing items for various function and events, and no compensation for their time ,and they can't say \"no\"
