Stagnate career path might not be good for the young who wish to learn things
The good thingsStable job, good for work life balance
The challengesUnless you have good network with the top otherwise advancement will be slightly harder and stagnate career path

Ok place to work if you dont mind the low pay.
The good thingsThere is a good work life balance, almost everyone finishes work on time. There isn't much stress, as headcount is sufficient. So employees are not overloaded.
The challengesQuite a number of difficult people to deal with. There is quite a big difference in treatment between the local staff and expats. Pay is low, bonus is low. Benefits are not really fair for all. Some departments get better benefits, some departments get lousier benefits. It's not very transparent.

Unless you are born white otherwise think again.
    The good thingsGreat colleagues.
The challengesNo work life balance. There's a huge border between the expats and asians or locals.
