Ang Mo Kio North-East Region3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
    A good place to work
The good thingsprovide lot of training, no scolding, managers are approachable and felt like home
The challengesthe challenging thing will be only language barrier as a person who can't speak Chinese in order to communicate with some elders when other colleagues are not around to help with.Other than that, I enjoyed working there so much.

Ang Mo Kio North-East RegionLess than 1 year in the role
    Very good training provided
The good thingsVery good training Very good staff welfare like TGIF, meals, annual leave, medical etc Salary is competitive
The challengesForeign staff not speaking English even though that is sad to be required, Foreign staff are unable to communicate with the elders who can't understand or speak English, so the local staff who are a small minority have to be the main caregiver to know their needs/requests.
