    The good thingsStrong team work among nurses in same shift. Started and end shift together .Although differences in language ,country and job scope .Each SN/EN/Nursing Aide and PCA They will strive to work hand in hand ..For one common goal "SERVICE"
    The challengesThere:s only one wash room in the staff rest room .Share among Doctor/ PT /OT/Nurses and Nursing student ..Quite challenging .With given limited time.
