First Experience in a 5 Star Luxury HotelThe good thingsLearnt many new things that was exciting. Daily operational flow is much different from my previous workplace as guests were treated with bespoke attention. Every feedback from guests makes a big difference in how we cater service to our guests and their experience is very important to us. Such attention, especially towards guests, was greatly seen in St Regis in every department as it is their main goal. The goal to provide the best and memorable experience for the guest no matter how short the stay is.
The challengesThe pace of working in an environment that requires quick and fast result. Need to adapt to such a fast-paced environment but overall working here is alright. Made new friends and learnt many different things. Such an eye-opener. Especially within my department, learnt a lot from my Director. He has much knowledge to share in which I gratefully accept.
