    The good thingsSalary is paid on time, pay rate depends on how much you ask for, because evaluation of candidate capabilities are not up to the mark, you can enjoy good salary also, in time and out time are not fixed you can login at flexible time but maintain the good number of total work hours
    The challengesdon't expect a working desk, fixed work desk will not be allotted to you, you will have to find vacant desk and sit there if some one ask you to leave then leave it and find another one. you are expected to work at least 50 hrs a week so enjoy the work agile methodoly; plan before starting work is not the process, start work and then find the good approach rework and implement rework and implement.
