The good thingsWorking on a cruise ship gave me the opportunity to travel to different Asian countries and work in a multicultural setting. I was exposed to learning various languages and be knowledgeable not limited to my field of work but to different scopes that enhanced my leadership skills, and equipped me with useful know-hows on safety and crowd management.
The challengesThe common challenge of seafarers is working long hours with no day offs. Another challenge working onboard is whenever the seas are heavy, there is physical, emotional and mental stress.

    Great Working Experience
The good thingsI enjoyed working with different nationalities and constantly meeting new people. Most specially, working with pleasure by traveling into different countries and experienced their culture. It is a really an experienced of a lifetime.
The challengesThe challenges I've experienced were the home sickness for being away from the family and culture adjustments. Soon being together with good people I been used to it and adopted some of it, specially the good characteristics. If I will work on a cruise again I should have done gained more friends.
