    The good thingsDepartments are seperated by room.
    The challengesExpected to visit the smoking room while working. Management will get upset if requested to meet in the office instead.

    So far soo good
    The good thingsMentally tiring for those who aren't unsed to working in the office. Physically for those working as technicians. Proper training is provided with safety being priority. The other technicians are very friendly too. Everything is being monitored by management and the owner. Therefore, everything has a protocol and is in order. Friendly bunch. 10/10 going to be working here for as long as possible.
    The challengesAgain. Mentally tiring to some. Physically tiring to others. Working to the bone. Its the right way to make a living. No shortcuts. Not for people who wants to get high pay for an easy job.
