Happy with my experience thus farThe good thingsThe opportunities I am given to learn about coffee and the encouragement that I am given on a consistent basis to improve myself led to me being able to achieve the Coffee Master certification in less than half a year. Fellow employees are generally helpful and supportive, and there will be seldom reasons to dread working with colleagues. Leadership and management teams are very supportive of passion and striving for improvement and offer me all the help and support I requested
The challengesChallenges are that of any customer-facing job, there will always be that few customers that seem to have to make your life difficult their life goal, but in general, when facing customers who are being difficult, the manager on duty is always there to help, so it is not a very big problem.
