    It's alright, but not for the long run.
    The good thingsThe shifts are flexible as options and timing are in accordance to your availability. Also, work is fun with the right company.
    The challengesToo many communications and updates to catch up on seasonally, and certain level heads are hard to communicate with due to own beliefs and way of work.

    The challengesIf you can't handle working under pressure by the management then i suggest not to join because there'll be tons and tons of obstacle coming every time.

    The good thingsThe people are easy going and fun to work with. They have good sense of initiative and teamwork. The store manager would give every opportunity to develop yourself and your career.
    The challengesAt some point, you would feel demoralised by the challenging situations with different individual customers. The workload can be heavy however manageable.

    Happy with my experience thus far
    The good thingsThe opportunities I am given to learn about coffee and the encouragement that I am given on a consistent basis to improve myself led to me being able to achieve the Coffee Master certification in less than half a year. Fellow employees are generally helpful and supportive, and there will be seldom reasons to dread working with colleagues. Leadership and management teams are very supportive of passion and striving for improvement and offer me all the help and support I requested
    The challengesChallenges are that of any customer-facing job, there will always be that few customers that seem to have to make your life difficult their life goal, but in general, when facing customers who are being difficult, the manager on duty is always there to help, so it is not a very big problem.
