    Its a very fun and friendly corporate setting
    The good thingsVery caring superiors and seniors, taken care of really well while working under starhub even as a temporary staff.

    The challengesThere are some toxic practices that are deeply entrenched in the company culture. Cooperation between business units is not good. Management does not understand challenges faced by working level. Management makes decision that are dislocated from rest of working level.

    Poor Management support and no direction for staff
    The good thingsSome work life balance but lots of uncertainties.
    The challengesVery poor Management that baias and no direction for the staff. Doesn't take care of project and operations staff. Only care more on Sales staff. A lot of Sales staff and no sales generated surprisingly, but freeze to hire project and operations staff. Very low moral and most staff looking out for opportunities currently. This is how the situation in the organisation currently.
