1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
A good platform for self-driven individuals
The good thingsEmployee welfare is good. Flexibility in terms of not much micro-managing. Open communication as it is quite a small company. Good salary in my opinion. Overtime culture, its good and bad depends on how you see it. You are assessed and treated depending with the output you have, in my opinion is fair.
The challengesAs we are not paid OT, some think that they are not obligated to. However, when you have deadlines upon deadlines to meet, you need to learn to give and take at this point. It's not a daily thing, but like any businesses, there will always be high periods. The biggest challenge is working with people. Especially if one is not of a self-driven, self-motivated individual. It makes everybody else's work a little bit more difficult.
