Not really a place for personal growth.
The good thingsSalary on time and nothing else. No other good things.
The challengesAlways short of staff due to high turn over. Always need to do overtime and not easy to take leave unless own self need to arrange replacement. Management will say to bring up if there is any issues and when bring up, no much of change.

    Heavy workload and stress
The good thingssalary is good if you keep doing overtime during your off days.
The challengesHeavy workload. no proper lunchtime or breaktime. high turnover rate for new joiners for operators in operations department. Not easy to apply for leave as you need to find for coverage. Pay is good ONLY if you keep doing overtime . no work life balance. overall a bad experience working here. If it is a more work life balance, i might stay longer in this company.

High turnover rate. Management expections are too high despite the lean number of workers
The good thingsCouple of miniature units to pick up knowledge.
The challengesHigh priorities on KPI with extremely fast movement despite lean man strength.

Chartering/Commercial role has no future here
The good thingsWide global exposure, you start off pigeon holed but are able to expand your job scope outside your silo if you are keen to learn and ambitious. However best is to join for 2-3 years then leave.
The challengesAfter spending time in the company learning and growing, there is no position for you to fill / go into because the company is very top heavy with many senior managers who know too little about current market who refuse to step aside, getting huge salaries (1 senior manager pay = 7 executives pay) and not pulling their weight.
