    Unhealthy workplace culture driven by favouritism, office politics, and unprofessional behaviour.
    The good thingsAdequate remuneration packages
    The challengesWork–life balance is poor, with work communication and discussions frequently extending beyond normal working hours. There appears to be a culture where taking medical leave is discouraged, making employees hesitant to rest when unwell. Meetings and speeches from leadership can run excessively long and sometimes extend after working hours. The work environment can be stressful, with internal dynamics and management relationships influencing how staff are treated. Employees may experience inconsistent standards, unfair criticism, and subtle workplace pressure or intimidation. Overall, one of the worst workplaces I have experienced — a highly unprofessional environment where personal bias, favouritism, and office politics often outweigh fairness and professionalism.

    The challengesThings move quickly, and projects can be demanding—but that also means you learn fast, grow fast, and build resilience. It’s a great environment for those who enjoy action and want to sharpen their time management and problem-solving skills.

    Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
    The good thingsOverall company culture is great with opportunity for Cross functional training. The Company promotes teamwork, and they are not stingy in terms of knowledge sharing. The company also does a fair bit of staff engagement events to promote camaraderie.
    The challengesAs the company is niche in terms of the technicality of a Cooling Tower, would need to take some time to understand the product. However, the staffs are knowledge and provided OJT to bring me up to speed.
