    @SPi
    The good thingsaside from skills development that is being enhance by our own internal programs, SPi is active in employee engagement. making sure that aside from work, the employees get to have fun. they also started giving us social responsibility by selecting an institution to help on a yearly basis. we also have retention programs like bonus-sharing and referral incentives.
    The challengescareer growth since everything is based on ratio. this it however understandable and something that SPi can improve better. it would also help to have a yearly appraisal as this can definitely help us retain the good employees.

    The challengesWorking in this company bring out my ability to become a leader. They will mold you to be come mentally, emotionally, physically ready to the task that they will give you. If you want to become more effective in the BPO industry i strongly suggest to work in SPI. SPI is your steppong stone in BPO industry.

    The good thingsThere are lots of activities and incentives. The people are so kind and accommodating. Spi has a lot of benefits and I had so much fun working here. I can highly recommend this company to my relatives and friends. as a matter of fact, I already did.
    The challengesSome of the jobs here are challenging because a lot of incentives are given so that you have to work hard for you to have a lots of bonuses and a lot more. There are times that you have this shifting schedule. and the night shift is the best challenge for me.

    The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of Infinity
    The good thingsThis is a ISO certified company and this company served as a training ground for those who wants best work experienced, wants to enhanced their skills in programming and analytical skills, wants to be competitive when they ventures outside the company and if they want to experieneced a very work enjoyable work and life.
    The challengesBecause of the growing needs of Programmers and analysts, the continue challenge here is how we can make our subordinates stays at the company. Those employees who were experts on their works but since high compensation are the main factors here we can not prevent best employees to choose better opprtunities outside the company.

    My Experience at SPi Global
    The good thingsSPi was particularly good when it came to community-centered activities and corporate social responsibility projects that engaged employees and piqued their voluntereism. All thoughout the year, various activities are carefully planned, whether it was building homes for the impoverished communities, book drives to far-flung places, community relief activities during disasters, etc.
    The challengesCorporate social responsibility projects require careful planning and logistics. In many instances, there was a sense of lack of planning by the organizers. Although the activities are for the communities, the volunteers should have had complete buy-in into these activities so that expectations are managed appropriately.
