Depending on your role, the skills learnt tend to be specific and not particularly transferrable. The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they have good team spirit and positivity despite the some what routine nature of the job. Shift allowance and 5-day week are a draw to working here.
The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited but it really depends on the role that you take. If you are prepared to go about routine work day in day out and are happy to do so, this is for you. If they don't make you a permanent staff upon six months of service, then you might want to just leave for greener pastures. Contract extension may be an issue.
