    The good thingsSmall company size meaning that I had to co-ordinate and deal with only a few colleagues. Manageable amount of stress.
    The challengesLong travelling distance to work. Strict enforcement on punctuality. Boss speaks only Mandarin (Communication barrier - Had to go through another bilingual (Mandarin & English speaking) colleague to communicate with the Boss.
