    Average salary and bonus
The good thingsYou can learn a fair bit since you would be require to multi tasks as someone with lesser working experience.

    Cultural issue and leadership style
The good thingslots of different food in CBD, office pantry has some drinks and biscuits.
The challengesIf you stay late and that equals to hard-working or good employee. Not suitable if you seek work life balance (even if you can complete your job during office hour). Multi tasking is a must and must be able to perform as subject matter expert ASAP. Management likes you or not depends on your luck. Not surprising so high turnover rate.

Singapore1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    Former Senior Security Engineer
The good thingsGood exposure to IT Security industry. Working on many projects with many clients at the same time. Not much OT and free food.
The challengesThe management doesn't know what engineers are doing and think they are incapable. Capable or senior engineers have to self-learn IT knowledge to take on new projects with no proper trainings and minimum support from management. Low pay and no appreciation to senior engineers with years of experience. Engineers are overloaded with many projects and client support concurrently with short notice and poor schedule. Management are playing a lot politics and causing high employee turn over rate.

Ideal for highly driven and self-motivated people, able to preform autonomously
The good thingsThe work environment is highly autonomous, great for learning and expanding of skills within and outside of job scope. Ideal for those highly driven and able to strive for improvements with minimal management control. No cap at growth and willingness to take on additional responsibilities is met with recognition.
The challengesFast pace environment. Definitely not for those who can only take instructions/ The highly autonomous culture requires self motivation and only suitable for self driven people. Steep learning curve that might culminate into stress for those who are not willing to constantly learn and improve.
