    Not recommended for career orientated people. There are alot of pitfalls leftovers by mismanagement. New hires may get into difficult situations due to many staffs having no on job trainings at all.
    The good thingsThe working pace is still sound enogh for work life balances.
    The challengesThe management not interested in staffs career development. Lots of fire fighting work and facilities issues left unsettled for longer than it is necessary.

    before 2022 company good .some mangers come to join, many Camero, one machine 4 Cameros. control your break time, now not Sunningdale but Yuanning dale. after YUan come one month, half number of employers resign.
    The good thingsOT can do more, if no take MC every month can get 50 $
    The challengesfast work environment, only training half day then you run your own, ask somebody help but they busy. Many Quality issue

    I know how to open and install molds, I also know how to put molds in the machine perfectly
    The good thingsI just finished school and this is my first factory. He has taught me from the ground up to know everything . Now, I know how to work as moulding setter and to be disciplined

    The good thingsEncourage initiation and positive teamwork among departments/colleagues.
    The challengesAt times encounter challenges to meet delivery request by final customer within short lead time. Activate very close monitoring and support from several departments over 24 hours to achieve this expectation. With end in mind to satisfy customer and acquire profit premium to the organization due to this short turn around time request by customer.
