    The good thingsThe company welfare are good and the inter department colleagues are helpful and easy to get along
    The challengesDue to shortage of manpower, the individual department need to work among themselves to resolve the problems hand with hand and meet company objectives and goal.

    The good thingsThe company provide good benefit and take care of the worker. Besides, the management will walk around to approach individually and understand the problems.
    The challengesToo many overtime to clock in but due to MOM rule is only 72 hours. The company also will provide other allowance to those workers really work hard.

    The good thingsManagement is approachable and accept idea for improvement with changes. They inculcate the value of Diversity and Inclusion and always seek fair decision in any dispute. Management takes safety as number one priority and spend all effort to ensure work safety. It is a good and safe company to work with & with many friendly and helpful colleagues
    The challengesIt is located far from central or near Tuas area with 15 min walk from MRT station. The company operating system is quite manual and need further software improvement

    The good thingsThe colleagues very friendly to work with and always work as a team. The superior will help and advice if we cannot finish the task. Besides, there are a lot of overtimes to work.
