Human ResourcesHello! Thanks for the review. We would like to address your points, but being "well organized" yet allegedly have a "bad people management" are mutually exclusive. "Interesting customers" are not falling from the sky and no one is begging to buy our products. We are fighting for each and every customer and the fact that you we can call them customer is proof that our management is probably not as bad as you make it sound. We dare claim that we don't micro-manage people. On the contrary, we believe in a collaborative management style and provide a lot of space for our colleagues to develop their own ideas and work independently. The vast majority handle this well and our growth rates of close to 50% per annum over the past half decade are testimony that we have a very dedicated and hard-working team in place. Perhaps our communication is sometimes not as clear as we wished it was; for the simple reason that the marketplace has undergone tremendous changes in the past years. Coping with and anticipating those changes is an uphill battle and we do often not a perfect game plan in the drawer that would allow us to provide unambiguous answers to all these challenges.
