    The good thingsCompetitive salary & clean office (Not matter if you are going to work at super toxic environment)
    The challengesSuper toxic management, feedback and concern not addressed properly. HOD and managers practicing strong favoritism, do not care about new hires. Super toxic colleagues, not willing to share knowledge. No proper training, messy SOP. Do not expect work life balance. Vaping and smoking environment

    The good thingsI can learn many things here. Boss is very progressive and introduce lots of new ideas and technology. The company values new ideas and keep looking for improvement

    The good thingsgreat team spirit in the technical team really work as a team here - everyone pulling their weight boss really into customer service lots of new machines for me to learn
