    SJ is under semi government and very formal life style most suitable for elderly people's.
    The good thingsMedical benefits and various of free training programs.
    The challengesLooking newbie such us RE/RTO's taken from market with lowest prices. You should remember SJ salary increase rate is maximum 2% when according to your contract. Don't expect you taken lowest salary and they will gradually increase it until market rates. Convinence working environment if you keen to work servant life in your whold life.

    Its good to explore more on design and software for better learning
    The good thingsbe creative and show the strong that you have. be professional and respect people other opinion. always have a good relationship with the team, and be a team player. be a good person and more patience when there is a stress coming. its part of work this will give us more motivation and were gonna be trusted more on ours design. sharing and teach others and helping and encourage each other if someone down. show the leadership never let them down, help them to stand up, not thinking your yours but for the team that's the team and leadership means. lastly always pray to God 1st before everything.
    The challengeswe cant say all are perfect because there have a good name and reputation. there not. its all about the people and high management. we cant do without them. literally there are the company not thinking themselves but also thinking the people in the low staff to high staff. the more we have work the more we having an experience, this will gonna help our career. there always a challenges it depend on us how to face the challenges. but face it with good and open mind.

    The good things1) You can expect to be promoted if you are good in your job. 2) Lots of internal trainings by the department 3) Seniors will usually guide the junior staffs 4) Sponsor all interested staffs for external trainings (related field)

    The good thingsThe colleagues and office environment are mostly conducive and cooperative. The work culture in the office is lively, when teams have the opportunity to townhalls, etc.
    The challengesSimilar to teams working towards datelines and with global teams in different timezones, working hours can become long and environment becomes tense.

    The good thingsI have had 3-month experience in M&E department. There were lots opportunities to learn and work with professional engineers and be exposure to current projects. Colleagues were friendly and patient. It was a good place to learn and develop yourself.
    The challengesSometimes the workload was a bit heavy. But if you treat it as a chance to see how far you can go, it will be a good stage for you.
