Closely Knitted Company that Rewards their Staff
The good thingsOwners had clear vision of what they had wanted out of the company. Empowered staff and did not micromanage, giving staff freedom to work, unleash creativity and yet at the same time ensured that guidance were given. Staff benefits were constantly looked into and enhanced. Rewarded staff when required and recognition were given both monetary and non-monetary terms.
    The challengesNothing.
