    The good thingsMost of the people I work with here are easy to be with and helpful. The. company offers good salary and a nice working experience. I enjoyed the training and learned a lot of useful things for the job and for personal growth as well. If given a chance I will definitely go back and work with them it's just the account Ineas assigned got pulled out that's why I got transferred to another account.
    The challengesI find their scheduling system challenging because sometimes you'll get split offs and you have to work on weekends and even during holidays which I guess is given to this kind of industry and the type of job especially call centers. There are also times where the salary got wrong deductions but it's something that can easily resolved.

    The good thingsSutherland is the second BPO company that I've worked for. I feel secure in my job and there are a lot of career opportunities if you're excellent in your role and you exceed your given metrics . If you are looking to have a career in BPO, Sutherland is a company to go.
    The challengesThey need to work more on employee engagement and talent development. Day to day job can be boring due to the lack of engaging activities. Company events are very dull, lacks entertainment and does not show value for its people. Only in Sutherland you can experience celebrating company founding anniversary and you get to eat street food, cheap dirty icecream and bland pack lunches.

    Good People and Nice Facilities
    The good thingsThe trainers are excellent and friendly. I like the service too, everything has system and they are also helping their employees to finish their studies by providing scholarship. In addition, I learned a lot of things from them specially in handling customer complaints. The toilets are clean too. I almost forgot, the guards there are nice too:)
