    The good thingsThe management actively hires new grads, but gets frustrated when they need time to ramp up or cannot cope with some of the work they're assigned
    The challengesIt is common to find young, inexperienced, and (sometimes arrogant) managers who were simply lucky to be hired at the beginning and have been there ever since.
