Flexible work schedule & conducive work environment
The good thingsAs a staff working for 3 years. It’s a good organization for your career. But yearly increment and Bonus won’t be attractive. Promotion won’t happen very quickly too. Staff Benefits wise, not bad for a MNC.
The challengesRequire to be Self driven , proactive and reasonable knowledge in your field of work. Don’t recommend fresh grads.

    Excellent Work Life Balance
The good thingsCompany policy are good for the employees. One of the good things working with Swiss Re is its importance that it gives to the employees.
The challengesChallenges are there in every company. No company will give 100% satisfaction to the employees. So, I would say any challenge we face in the company is a lesson learnt.

    Free Office
The good thingsThe freedom, as there are not really any restriction for working hours, minimum meeting and moving around Singapore. Basically there is around 20 ~ 30 persons in the office but most of them are not related as they belong to the sister company. The people that belong to the same entity are mostly working on site. So no one will bother what are you doing.
The challengesBasically you are working alone in the office, you need to help yourself. As mentioned earlier, the people in the office are all non related. You can only depend on yourself to accomplish the works assigned to you. And the boss don't expect you to do more than he want.
