    Poor Management, Some works their guts out while others can do online shopping the whole morning. Management is happy with their old school way of management while the team are slowly and surely going down the drain. Good employees has left, leaving and planning to leave
    The good thingsThe QPM way is better than My Way (JMPS). Nothing good about ON Engineers

    The good thingsJob Experience: Full training either theoretically or practically. Colleagues: Good support from colleagues from various department. Welfare: Good coverage of health. Many CSR activities by company. Company bus transport provided for employees.
    The challengesManpower: A lot of wastage of manpower vs. job handled. Average workers not productive. Lifestyle: 7-days a week plus daily OT. Will not be able to spend much time with family. Environment: Working culture is more politically motivated. Safety: Still have alot to upgrade as many safety guidelines are overwritten.

    Hands-On & Good Training Facility
    The good thingsA great place to learn your trades if you're interested in mechanical stuff. Required to be hands-on to be able to work around the clock. The workshop have enough toolings to fulfill any servicing of components and machines available with also the vast experience of elder generations workers blended with the young bloods.
    The challengesJob delegations are quite uneven. Not much rest available as work around the clock oftenly.

    The challengesIncoming projects can be overwhelming and multiple jobs may be tasked to a team/individual. Must be able to work with divided attention.
