Learn new things about sales and production planner
The good thingsI can learn a lot of things even learn something about other departments. So I know the whole process of manufacturing process.
The challengesNo bonus, no increament and when they asked you a favor to help other department, it will be your permanent job. And when it become your permanent job, they will declare to others but never discuss with me my new responsibility and also about my salary. So it is mean that in official contract I still on my previous position but I am doing other things. And when there is some issue on both position I still need to take care both.
