    The good thingsGreat colleague to work with, taking care of employee, many bonding activities and good career opportunities. Management are very supportive on transformation.
    The challengesMany staff take things for granted, proof to be a challenge to manage ground people. Ground staff complaint directly to GM for peanut butter issue. Senior staff resist to change, thus resistance force is strong for any transformation project.
