    The challengesBad automation, bad system old refurbished tool to run high end products. every thing is very manual. Should invest more on IT and sofware. Hire a team for documentation if they truly wanna move into automotive products. Respect people more, employee are not your kids. Also, don't co relate \"employee's survey\" outcome to bonus. Else, you wouldnt know the truth then. Beware, the year end bonus is only be given in the incoming April & September

    Nothing cannot be solve except you don't want to learn/act.
    The good thingsAll the staff treats us like a family. All the benefits we also can get although we just an internship student.
    The challengesNo easy to manage the machine especially SSMC using a lot of types machine such as LAM research, Axcelis, Applied Material, AMAT and more.

    The good thingsGreat colleagues, very systematic and organized company. Good and far-sighted company with strong leadership. Rewards employees well when the company performs beyond expectation. Was previously ranked as one of the top few company under the Singapore Quality Award.
    The challengesThe main challenge will be to keep good people. The company does well but does not expand to 12 inch fab facility. Therefore, the exposure for the staff will remain stagnant after some time. Ambitious but good people will not stay thereafter because the learning curve tapers off and new challenges will become lesser.
