Friendly working environmentThe good thingsThere's really a lot to learn in the environment. Although hours may be longer at times due to the Industry, but learning new skillset and have new challenges isn't is better than those routine work?
The challengesSo far, colleagues and boss is friendly and willing to teach and give chances. Not much of any issues but cannot compare with big MNC benefits like a lot annual leaves, dental. Basic still have and the boss doesn't want to owe us anything also. I think when company grow, will have more benefits as growing company sure lesser.
